I believe no one got the right to take another person life you can give them a fair trial to be sent to a locations that best meets them and let them learn from there mistakes

I guess it depends on how you view death, I see death as a wonderful thing, its inevitable so I've learned to embrace it, I see it more as a new beginning then an end but that would depend on what you think happens afterwards.
Imho I think the death penalty is a blessing, rotting in a cage for the rest of your life and having a cock sandwhich for lunch everyday would be the ultimate punishment through my eyes. I stick with what I said earlier, sign me up for death row. -------------------- |

I believe it is the right thing to do if the person who did the crime had taken someones life. If they do drugs or other cruelty then it's not right.

I disagree with getting rid of it, theres a lot more positive then negatives that come from it. Prisons are becoming more and more crowded by the day, putting some ppl to death would help clear some room, it also would also make the jail a safer enviroment not only for the faculty but the inmates also. Believe it or not, ppl arrested for a dui are in the same building as the murderers. Of course that depends on the serious of the crime but its not uncommon. I'm pretty sure the faculty doesn't care if ur roomed with a mass murderer either, u shouldn't be there in the first place.
Yeah, its the easy way out, yes the family they hurt will never fully recover but I'm sure the inmates family won't be celebrating either. -------------------- |

Tbh, whoever put people to death cuz of crimes, should be burned to death. Its a stupid thing to do. It makes other criminals think its alright to kill other people because its already happening to them, and knowing that there going to die anyway doesnt exactly help.

It depends on the severity of the crime, personally i think a terrorist that survived their bombing should be killed,

Kill who has killed. With the science and advanced investigation process authorities developped today theres no mistaking a death penalty to the right individual anymore. A jail cell these days for those who've killed countless isn't a punsihment... It's a blessing. Very simply because they can't be killed, hated, recognized, be put to shame, and live a hobo life. They're provided food and water in there guys, jail's not a punishment. Killing by accident, or through self-defence on the other hand is a different thing, and on my judgement I think they need to be heard.
